I am happy to report that damaged orders are extremely rare. But if your order is damaged, I might be able to offer a replacement.
Keep in mind that the majority of my orders are shipped First Class, which does not include shipping insurance.
Depending on shipping costs, I am occasionally able to ship higher price-point orders and Originals via Priority Mail, which does include shipping insurance. In these cases, a refund may be available.
To inquire about a possible damaged order refund, please email me with your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the damage to the package and its contents.
Please use caution when opening your packages. I am not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise that you damage during the process of opening or unwrapping your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their package from their local postal carrier. I will not provide a refund or replacement if you fail to collect your package and it is returned to me, as these packages - having traveled sometimes across the world twice - are never returned to me in good condition.
I am not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping under any circumstance.
If for any reason you place your order in error and want to cancel it, you must notify me before sending your order, simply by sending an email to email@example.com
Also, deposit on commissions is non-refundable but can be used towards another product of mine if the commission is cancelled.

In the event that you have chosen to pay through Paypal, the payment will be made in the last step of the purchase process.
Some banks may show a pre-authorization and a subsequent actual charge. This amount will be unlocked automatically. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the unlocking of the pre-authorization.
This website uses SSL certification so that all processes are secure.
When making a payment, it is the corresponding entity (Redsys, Ceca, Paypal) that offers its security methods so that the purchase is completely safe.
The prices shown on the website include taxes. Shipping costs vary depending on the final amount of each order and will be shown before payment.
Normally I make a single weekly shipment, although if I have many orders I can make two weekly shipments. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time will depend a lot on the destination country, and I cannot do anything to speed up the process. Prints and stickers do not have tracking information as this would greatly increase costs. I can offer tracking information in the case of original artworks or in the case that the client requires it and pays the difference.
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify me as soon as possible! This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify me of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to me and the additional shipping costs have been received, I will reship your order.
